Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Security Project Manager to lead a team of technicians and subcontractors delivering ACS, IDS, CCTV, intercom, and other low voltage systems in Northern Virginia. The PM will coordinate projects with engineering, sales, and technical staff, own project communication, and report status, risks, changes, and material needs throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has property technology security backgrounds, strong leadership, and experience reading security drawings

Qualifications

• Experience managing electronic security projects, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Read and understand security drawings and related electrical/civil drawings.
• Proficient with MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security projects with engineers, sales, and technicians.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and provide status updates and risk mitigation.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor performance to meet standards.
• Coordinate material needs, changes, and drawings, ensuring quality.
