Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Security Project Manager to lead a team of technicians and subcontractors installing ACS, IDS, CCTV, intercom, and other low-voltage systems for clients in the Northern Virginia area. The PM will coordinate multiple projects with input from local engineering, sales, and technical staff, owning project status, schedules, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in electronic security systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work meets expectations.
• Strong communication with customers and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and understand security drawings and related electrical/civil drawings.
• Experience coordinating integration engineers for access control, IDS, CCTV.
• Must pass background checks and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and technical staff to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Provide daily oversight of operations, progress reports, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain inventory, red-line drawings, and quality control.
• Assist with creating proposals as needed.
