Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Senior Installer to lead site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients. You will work with internal teams, external teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success and provide daily updates to the project manager.

The role requires 5-7 years in physical/electronic security, strong knowledge of access control systems (Lenel/Genetec preferred), and the ability to read specifications and drawings.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of general access control systems.
• Lenel and Genetec knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Read and understand written specifications, drawings and controlling documents.
• Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere.
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 5-7 years of physical/electronic security experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor, internal resource communications.
• Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand written specifications, drawings and controlling documents.
• Perform installation and training on implemented control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain new and existing control systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities with appropriate parties internally and externally.
• Document and communicate necessary project changes and implement the changes.
• Complete the final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
