Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an ESS Installation Technician to perform a wide range of installation duties on technology projects across client sites in Sterling, VA. You will coordinate with project management and field supervision, interpret drawings, and help build rack/enclosures, terminate panels, install devices, and test systems.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience installing access control and video surveillance cameras in large commercial environments.
Lenel experience or certification preferred.
Ability to understand ACS, CCTV, intercom systems and troubleshoot as needed.
Administrative capabilities with Teams, Outlook, OneNote, BlueBeam, and Adobe Reader.

Responsibilities

Learn BOM and material requirements for each job.
Maintain job schedule timelines and communicate delays to the site supervisor.
Own and manage workload across multiple tasks.
Maintain daily communication with Site Supervisor and report issues promptly.
Keep written records in OneNote: work, issues, redlines, RFIs, and site inventory.
Assist installation technicians with questions during installation.
