Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of ACH processing and Nacha rules.
• Experience with multiple payment rails (ACH, RTP, FedNow, Zelle).
• Understanding regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational support across payment channels (ACH, RTP, FedNow, Zelle, Bill Pay).
• Process and research complex payment activity, including exceptions and settlements.
• Administer ACH operations (returns, prenotes, revs, On‑Us) and client maintenance.
• Support OFAC reviews and payment program enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and develop training materials for audit readiness.
