Job summary

Consumers National Bank is seeking an experienced Electronic Banking Operations Supervisor to lead daily administration, support, and oversight of electronic banking services. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining regulatory compliance to support customers and branches.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, with travel between bank locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in banking, business, operations, payments, or related field preferred.
• Three to five years in banking operations, electronic banking, ACH, payments, card services, treasury management, or related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electronic banking products and services incl. ACH, debit cards, online and mobile banking, bill payment, and fraud prevention.
• Understanding of banking regulations, consumer protection, payment network rules, privacy requirements, and internal controls in electronic banking operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking technology platforms including core processing, electronic banking, card management, and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Electronic Banking staff through coaching, training, scheduling, performance management, and workflow oversight.
• Oversee electronic banking operations including ACH processing, debit card services, online and mobile banking, bill payment, and Remote Deposit Capture.
• Manage reconciliations, balancing, exception processing, reporting, record retention, fraud monitoring, and general ledger controls.
• Provide guidance and training to customers, branch personnel, and internal departments on electronic banking products and procedures.
• Develop procedures, internal controls, workflows, and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead or support audits, system implementations, vendor management, testing, and business continuity efforts.
• Identify opportunities for process, controls, technology, product, staffing, and customer service improvements.
