Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Electromechanical Senior Technician for our Wisconsin manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot, repair and replace electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components on site, performing preventative and corrective maintenance to sustain equipment reliability.

The role requires a technical college certification or Journeyman level, with 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience or 4–5 years in industrial maintenance, and you will work on a full-time

Qualifications

Technical college certification or Journeyman with 2 years manufacturing maintenance experience or 4–5 years industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

Respond and assist in recovery and repair of factory equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic components using varied test equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance actions, including overhauls, calibration, inspections, cleaning and lubrication.
Complete basic and advanced corrective repairs to support safety, quality and equipment reliability.
Fabricate using mills, lathes, drill presses, welding methods, shears and brakes.
Utilize SAP to review work, generate work orders and document completion.
Support training of autonomous maintenance groups (operators) in operation principles and routine maintenance.
