Job summary

Giesecke+Devrient Currency Technology America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Field Service Technician III based in East Rutherford, NJ.

You will perform on-site servicing, installation, and repair of complex electromechanical equipment, ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive support and accurate reporting. You will diagnose failures across mechanical, hardware, software, and systems, implement effective repairs, and train less experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electromechanical equipment.

• Experience with PCs, networking, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site servicing, installation, and repair of complex electromechanical equipment.
