Qualifications

• Must be able to travel; shifts may be required and vehicle use possible.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform equipment maintenance at customer sites.
• Diagnose failures in mechanical, hardware, software, and systems and implement repairs.
• Prepare reports analyzing product failure trends and serviceability.
• Provide on-site training for less experienced field service technicians.
• Coordinate parts inventory, shipments, and tool/test equipment.
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to safety policies.
