Job summary

Northrop Grumman in the United States is seeking engineers for the AESA Subsystem & Product Leadership team. The role focuses on Installed Performance, RF subsystems, mechanical design, and cross‑functional collaboration across IPTs to support full life‑cycle programs.

You will contribute to design, prototyping, testing, and production support of state‑of‑the‑art systems, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth in a dynamic DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or Master’s degree with 0 years; or equivalent experience
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SAP prior to start
• Knowledge of mechanical design for complex electromechanical systems
• Experience in RF subsystems
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, NX or other 3D modeling software

Responsibilities

• Be part of AESA Subsystem & Product Leadership, Installed Performance team
• Involved with design, prototyping, testing, and production support
• Collaborate across cross-functional IPT and communicate with peers
• Organize tasks to meet milestones within schedule and budget
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to less experienced personnel
