Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Sr. Principal Engineer in Electromechanical to drive the design and analysis of advanced AESA subsystems. You will mentor engineers, contribute to RF integration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience or Master's with 6+ years; additional 4 years may substitute for a degree.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SAP prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Work within the AESA Subsystem & Product Leadership to design and analyze electromechanical components.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers on mechanical and RF integration.
• Collaborate across IPTs with RF design, systems engineering, and manufacturing.
