Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to support advanced military systems. The role covers electrical design, analysis, integration, testing, and RF/microwave exposure opportunities.

The successful candidate will contribute to schematic development, circuit analysis, component selection, and hardware verification throughout the product lifecycle. U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance are required for some positions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field; 2+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance (clearance not required to start).
Fundamental understanding of electrical circuit design and hardware development.
Experience with schematics, circuit analysis, or electrical CAD tools.
Familiarity with RF/microwave fundamentals is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective communication.

Responsibilities

Design, analyze, and test electrical circuits and hardware for military applications.
Develop and review electrical schematics using design tools.
Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and component selection.
Support PWB layout and collaborate with board designers.
Assist with board bring-up, lab testing, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate across electrical, RF, mechanical, and systems teams.
