Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an engineer to contribute to AESA subsystem design and performance analysis. The role involves RF subsystem work, system integration, and hands-on testing within a cross-functional team.

The candidate will engage in mechanical design for electromechanical systems, participate in prototyping, and support production activities while ensuring compliance with DoD clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
• Experience with RF subsystems is required.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD/NX.

Responsibilities

• Support AESA subsystem and product leadership with design, analysis, and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IPTs including RF design, systems engineering, and manufacturing.
• Lead or mentor junior engineers and prioritize tasks to meet milestones.
