Job summary

bioMérieux in Missouri is seeking a production assembler to perform assembly, refurbishment, subassembly and test of electromechanical components to meet quality standards and schedule. The role includes mentoring others and supporting Instrument Manufacturing.

Starting pay is $19/hr with a weekday day shift, 11 paid holidays, 160 hours PTO, annual bonus, 9.5% 401(k) company contribution, and tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 per year. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with assembly of electromechanical parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up on all stations and benches as assigned.
• Process production steps as described by procedures.
• Document data on DHR forms per Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintain separation of lots using barriers and signage.
• Clean and organize work area before, during and after runs.
• Train coworkers in correct processes and machine operation.
• Assist with end-of-day shutdown and equipment shut down as needed.
• Process nonconforming product per NCMR instructions.
• Comply with company quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
