Job summary

bioMérieux in Missouri is seeking an assembler for assembly, refurbishment, subassembly and test of electromechanical components to meet quality standards and schedules. The role includes mentoring others and requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of manufacturing experience.

The position offers a day shift, 6:00am–2:30pm, with 160 hours paid time off, 11 paid holidays, annual bonus, and a 9.5% 401(k) contribution. Starting pay is $19/hr plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with assembly of electromechanical parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up on all stations and benches; verify data forms with lot#, product name, date, etc.
• Process production steps per procedures and per schedule.
• Document information on DHR forms following Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintain separation of lots using barriers and proper labeling.
• Clean and organize work area before, during, and after production runs; manage materials and tools.
• Train coworkers in correct processes and machine operation.
