Job summary

BioMerieux Inc. is seeking a manufacturing associate to perform assembly, refurbishment, subassembly and test functions for electromechanical components. The role provides mentor training to others and supports Instrument Manufacturing.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of manufacturing experience; experience with electromechanical assembly is preferred. Day shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm; includes holidays, PTO, annual bonus, and a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with assembly of electromechanical parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in set-up on all stations and benches as assigned.
• Performs production per schedule and follows procedures.
• Documents information on DHR forms per Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintains separation of lots using barriers and controls.
• Cleans and organizes the work area before, during, and after production.
• Trains coworkers in processes and machine operation.
• Supports end-of-shift shutdown and equipment shutdown when needed.
• Processes nonconforming product per NCMR instructions.
• Performs work in compliance with quality procedures.
