Job summary

bioMérieux in Saint Charles, MO is hiring for an assembly and test role. You will assemble, refurbish, subassemble and test electromechanical components to meet quality standards and production schedules.

The role includes mentoring coworkers and requires a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent with 2+ years manufacturing experience. Day shift 6:00am–2:30pm, 11 holidays, 160 hours PTO, annual bonus, and 9.5% 401k company contribution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with assembly of electromechanical parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in set-up on stations and benches with correct data forms.
• Performs production per schedule and follows procedures.
• Documents information on DHR forms per Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintains separation of lots using barriers and tape as needed.
• Cleans and organizes work area before, during, and after production runs.
• Helps train coworkers in processes and machine operation.
• Supports end-of-shift shutdown and nonconforming product handling.
• Performs work in compliance with quality procedures and standards.
