Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician License required (preferred).
• Advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, reasoning and analytical skills.
• Know NFPA 70 wiring standards and basic circuits.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience; ongoing technical training.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and use basic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and electrical support for complex systems (PLC, drives, servo, HMI, CNC).
• Troubleshoot, inspect and repair motor controllers and switchgear components.
• Mentor apprentices and assist maintenance team in troubleshooting operations.
• Promote safety culture and follow LOTO procedures.
• Diagnose and optimize equipment performance for TPM/CI environments.
