Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems, located in Ripon, WI, seeks an experienced technician to design minor electrical circuits, install and test electrical/electronic controls, and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems. The role requires a 2-year associate degree and 5+ years of hands-on experience.

Proficiency in reading schematics/blueprints and CMMS data entry is essential. The position offers a stable manufacturing environment with competitive hourly pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a $3.25

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years' work experience required.
• Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS.
• Experience in designing minor electrical circuits and to test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC and electronic circuits used for the control of machines and equipment.
• Experience in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
• Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints.
• Must have knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
• Must perform basic mechanical repairs.
• Interpret blueprints, work from sketches or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Design minor electrical circuits and test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC and electronic circuits used for the control of machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
• Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints.
• Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures into position and complete circuits according to diagram specifications.
• Do lay outs, assembles, installs, tests, repairs, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and new services to include panels, breakers, and conduit.
