The role focuses on electrification development and validation testing of battery, energy storage, and hydrogen systems at the Mossville Technical Center.

The candidate will lead projects, govern testing procedures, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring safety and standardization across test assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited curriculum with professional work experience.
• Analytical thinking and root-cause analysis to resolve problems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional validation and development activities.

Responsibilities

• Champion laboratory safety and establish standard validation and development processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance validation capabilities.
• Function as SME for mechanical integration of electrified products in test setups.
• Coordinate and lead build and rework activities across the team.
• Liaise with shared facility resources to achieve objectives in fabrication and rapid prototyping.
