The role emphasizes technical excellence, project leadership, and hands-on testing in a manufacturing environment, with domestic travel up to 10% and on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering/Technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience applying testing methods to electrical or power electronics hardware.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Implements and improves testing, development and validation techniques, processes, tooling and machinery.
• Resolves design or manufacturing issues and ensures readiness for production.
• Adopts new technologies to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Plans and improves testing procedures for reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitors results, capabilities and performance reliability.
• Reports to Engineering Manager and collaborates with global teams.
