Responsibilities

• Pair HVAC Installation fluency with the patience to explain it plainly
• Write the HVAC Installation runbook the next hire wishes they had
• Carry general projects from napkin sketch to Spokane, WA rollout
• Coach newer mid-level teammates through their first messy general project
• Guard the Realty Plus Inc customer experience through every Pipefitting change
• Anticipate the WA compliance wrinkle before it becomes a fire
