Mainstream Electric is seeking a Lead Installer to join our Spokane-area team. You will lead residential HVAC installations, ensuring top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

A strong focus on safety, training apprentices, and coordinating with the team is essential to success. We value licensed technicians with 2+ years of installation experience, EPA certification, and proficiency with Service Titan and iPad.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installations.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software.
• Ability to coach and train and apprentice
• Experience with brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
• EPA Certification Required.
