Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• WA 06A or 07 license preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• You connect easily with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Start-Up & Commissioning of commercial HVAC systems and controls.
• Diagnostics, repair, and ongoing maintenance of various systems.
• Optimize building control systems for energy efficiency and comfort.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Install, replace, or repair HVAC components and calibration.
• Inspect refrigeration equipment and manage related tasks.
• Repair or install ductwork and piping for airflow integrity.
• Collaborate with project teams and handle smaller service calls.
• Build rapport with facility managers and customers.
• Diagnose issues, propose solutions, and go the extra mile.
• Support new-equipment sales with sizing and proposals.
• Mentor apprentice technicians and share best practices.
