Job summary

R&R Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential New Construction Lead Installer in Spokane to spearhead installation projects, mentor field crews, and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality results on new homes.

You will collaborate with builders, superintendents, and teammates to maintain schedules, manage materials, and uphold standards of workmanship. A strong leader with HVAC expertise and safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential new construction required).
• Strong leadership and training ability to guide crews of installers and apprentices.
• Excellent communication and jobsite leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor installation crews.
• Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and builder specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure systems meet company and code standards.
• Manage materials, jobsite cleanliness, and tool accountability.
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate progress to supervisors.
• Uphold company reputation through workmanship and customer interaction.
