Qualifications

• Five years in a service, sales, or equivalent management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Customer-first mindset with high customer service standards.
• Experience in work order management and reporting systems.
• Experience in strategic planning and financial management.
• Background checks and drug screening eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Follow established systems and coach technicians accordingly.
• Direct oversight of electricians' performance and sales activities.
• Lead and train team using the proven system.
• Monitor field technicians' performance and guide improvements.
• Ensure revenue goals are exceeded.
• Lead weekly team meetings on service pipeline and safety.
• Coach electricians on customer rapport to sell products.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for success.
• Manage team schedules to meet demand and seasonal spikes.
• Develop reports on department performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new electricians.
• Coordinate with electricians on stock and vehicle policy.
