R&R Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Retrofit Lead Installer to join our Spokane team. You’ll install HVAC systems into existing structures, ensure code compliance, and train junior installers while coordinating with project managers.

We value hands-on leaders who can educate clients, verify system compatibility, and maintain safety standards on every job site. WA-specific licenses and EPA certification are required, with room to grow toward a Journeyman license.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of HVAC experience with retrofit focus preferred.
• EPA certification and Gas Mech 1 license required.
• Willingness to obtain WA Electrical Trainee Card and Journeyman license.

• Install HVAC systems into existing structures with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure system compatibility, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Educate clients on system operation, maintenance, and energy-saving practices.
