Job summary

ESFM is seeking a Senior Electrician/Maintenance Technician to operate, maintain, repair, and install electrical distribution components and related equipment across facilities. The role requires responding to customer needs and performing skilled maintenance to ensure safe operations.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, estimating materials, performing installations, troubleshooting, and maintaining preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting.
• Working knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code).
• Journeyman Electrical License.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, or models to plan work layouts.

Responsibilities

• Update work statuses and document tasks in CMMS.
• Read blueprints/diagrams and estimate time/materials.
• Construct, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and related facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and locate high/low voltage cables on site.
• Respond to emergencies and perform preventive maintenance.
