Job summary

SSC Services For Education is hiring a Senior Electrician/Maintenance Technician to operate, maintain, repair, and install electrical distribution components across a school facility. You will respond to customer needs, document tasks in CMMS, and coordinate with teams to ensure safe, reliable electrical systems.

The role requires a journeyman electrical license, 5 years of institutional maintenance experience, and ability to lift and work in demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting.
• Working knowledge of NEC code.
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings, or specifications.

Responsibilities

• Update work statuses and document tasks in CMMS.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to estimate materials and time.
• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and related facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and locate cables.
