Job summary

Compass Group USA’s ESFM division is seeking a full-time Electrician to support facility operations. The role encompasses operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems to meet customer needs in a safe, efficient manner.

The Senior Electrician/Maintenance Technician position requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, a Journeyman Electrical License, and working knowledge of NEC. Strong blueprint-reading skills and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds are needed.

Qualifications

5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting.
Working knowledge of local, state and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Journeyman Electrical License required.

Responsibilities

Updates work statuses and documents tasks completed in the CMMS using a mobile device.
Reads blueprints and diagrams, estimates time/material costs for installations, and coordinates supplies.
Constructs, installs, maintains and repairs electrical systems and related facilities.
Troubleshoots all electrical systems.
Lifts and moves materials as needed (up to 50 pounds).
Responds to emergencies and performs preventive maintenance.
