Job summary

M.c.-Dean, Inc. seeks an experienced electrical field technician to lead inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and startup of MV and HV distribution equipment.

You will travel to client sites and perform complex testing using advanced equipment, ensuring safety and quality on every project. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, and the ability to interpret schematics and manuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of electrical experience with a High School Diploma/GED
• NETA/NICET certification preferred or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical testing
• Strong knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, NETA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA electrical safety standards

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, and support multiple projects onsite and in-house, review and maintain job documentation from order receipt to invoice.
• Test low and medium voltage cables, transformers, switchgear, breakers, relays, and other electrical apparatus.
• Maintain safety and compliance with industry standards; travel locally, regionally, and nationally as required.
