Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer - Level 3/4 for the Gilbert, AZ site. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop EGSE requirements, generate test plans, and perform testing of flight and non-flight CCAs and modules.

The role includes leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement efforts in test and troubleshooting activities, with support for cost estimation and program milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware design, testing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and circuitry.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for solving technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and test hardware.
• Create test plans and procedures to meet specifications.
• Perform or oversee testing of circuit card assemblies and electronic modules.
• Analyze results and drive resolution of anomalies.
• Mentor fellow engineers and share troubleshooting skills.
• Identify areas for process improvements in testing and yield.
