Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial electrical experience; data center projects highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of MEP coordination and construction sequencing.
• Proficient with testing equipment, terminations, panel schedules, and field documentation.
• Leadership experience mentoring crews and driving daily progress.
• Ability to read and navigate Revit/BIM models in the field.
• Proven field expertise is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and general contractor teams.
• Interpret and redline construction drawings and schematics.
• Oversee junior technicians and enforce safety protocols.
• Perform system inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
