Overview

Experienced senior‑level electrical technician to support MEP systems in large‑scale commercial construction projects. Data center experience strongly preferred. Hands‑on leadership role focused on installation, coordination, quality control, and field execution of electrical systems within integrated MEP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, controls, and low‑voltage infrastructure.
• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and general contractor teams to ensure seamless MEP integration and clash‑free execution.
• Interpret and redline construction drawings, schematics, and BIM/Revit models in the field.
• Oversee junior technicians, enforce safety protocols, and maintain project schedules.
• Perform system inspections, troubleshoot issues, and verify compliance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
