Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial interior construction experience.
• Data center, lab, or AI facility build‑outs preferred.
• Must be able to read architectural and MEP coordination drawings.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of interior partitions and framing.
• Coordinate with MEP trades for airflow and fire ratings.
• Supervise junior carpenters and enforce safety standards.

Skills
