Job summary

Ajax Building Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical field operations on complex commercial construction projects. You will manage electrical subcontractors, coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and other trades, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical construction supervisory roles (8+ years preferred).
• Experience supervising for commercial general contractors or electrical subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, coordination, installation, energization, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage electrical personnel and subcontractors.
• Coordinate electrical field operations with other trades to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Interpret drawings and specs; provide guidance on installation methods and equipment.
• Ensure safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures are followed.
