Job summary

DP Electric, a premier commercial electrical contractor, seeks a General Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple projects. You will own safety, quality, and execution from start to finish, forecast staffing needs, and make staffing and cost decisions to keep several projects on track.

On mission-critical builds like data centers and healthcare facilities, you may oversee full campuses or portfolio projects, setting staffing strategies across all work and maintaining client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 15+ years in electrical construction with multi-project management.
• Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and field experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field team of superintendents, foremen, and crews with a focus on safety, quality, and execution.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, staffing, budgets, and project milestones across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to maintain relationships and profitability.
• Review plans and specs, drive cost control, and implement process improvements.
