Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead day-to-day crew activities on electrical projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and schedule compliance. You will guide crews, coordinate with engineering and planning teams, and maintain client and vendor relationships to secure a skilled workforce.

The role requires 7+ years as a General Foreman with an electrical apprenticeship, along with strong scheduling and safety credentials.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as a General Foreman with 4 years of completed electrical apprenticeship program.
• Demonstrated planning and scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of man hour reports, job cost reports, workface planning and estimating.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to supervise large groups.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plans and supervises field crew and subcontractor activities, determines construction methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Coordinates work with other crafts and departments to align with drawings and schedule.
• Liaises with engineering, estimating, project team, and planning for compliance with drawings and timelines.
• Maintains relationships with other departments to support materials, inspections, and project schedule.
• Monitors safety program compliance and implements corrective actions.
• Lead and supervise large groups and multi-discipline teams.
