Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as a General Foreman with 4 years of completed electrical apprenticeship program.
• Demonstrated planning and scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of man hour reports, job cost reports, workface planning and estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, contract documents and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise field crew and subcontractors, determining construction methods, manpower levels, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
• Coordinate work with other crafts, departments, and contractors.
• Liaise with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure compliance with drawings and schedule.
• Maintain relationships with other departments to support craft activities and project schedule.
• Monitor safety program compliance and implement corrective measures.
