Job summary

Atlantic Constructors Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field crew activities on electrical projects, guiding crews to meet budgets and schedules.

You will interact with clients, vendors and the project team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction while fostering a productive work environment. The role requires strong leadership, extensive planning/scheduling experience, knowledge of isometric/orthographic drawings, and a commitment to safety and compliance

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as a General Foreman with 4 years of completed electrical apprenticeship program.
• Demonstrated planning and scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of man hour reports, job cost reports, workface planning and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Plans and supervises field crew and/or subcontractor activities, including method, manpower, materials and schedule.
• Coordinates work with other crafts and departments to align drawings, specs, and schedule.
• Liaises with engineering, estimating, planning to ensure compliance with drawings and schedule.
• Maintains relationships with other departments to support materials, inspections and schedule.
• Resolves construction problems and ensures safety program compliance.
• Monitors craft safety and implements corrective measures.
• Strong equipment setting capabilities and supervision of large groups.
