The role involves coordinating with engineering, estimating, and planning teams to align with drawings and schedules. The ideal candidate has 7+ years as a General Foreman and a 4-year electrical apprenticeship, with OSHA 30 and CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as a General Foreman
• OSHA 30 certification
• CPR certification
• Ability to read & interpret design drawings and contract documents
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise field crew and subcontractors, determine construction methods, manpower, materials, and schedules
• Coordinate work with other crafts, departments, and contractors
• Liaise with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure drawings, specs, and schedules are followed
• Maintain relationships with other departments to support craft activities and project schedule
• Monitor safety compliance and implement corrective actions
• Ensure project quality and customer satisfaction
• Performs other duties as assigned
