Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in electrical design for power systems.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Proficiency with electrical engineering principles, design/build, permitting, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical studies and design for utility, industrial, and commercial projects.
• Provide guidance to PMs and project teams and ensure QA/QC.
• Coordinate with disciplines and clients to develop and price procurement packages.
• Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates with safe design practices.
• Mentor staff and stay current with industry practices.
