Job summary

Beusa Energy, LLC seeks a Power Generation – Electrical SME in Houston to serve as the technical authority for high voltage generation systems, spanning 35 MW to 70+ MW platforms. You will lead electrical architecture, protection settings, and generator interfaces through FAT, commissioning, startup, and sustaining engineering.

Qualifications

Ten or more years of progressive electrical engineering experience in power generation or heavy industrial environments.
Significant experience with medium/high voltage generators (35 MW to 70+ MW).
Strong knowledge of protection, relays, grounding, and electrical studies.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical authority for high voltage power generation systems and lifecycle activities.
Develop and approve electrical designs, schematics, and protection settings.
Provide advanced support during FAT, commissioning, startup, and field operations.
Mentor engineering teams to improve safety, reliability, and maintainability.
