Job summary

The Electrical SME serves as the technical authority for high voltage electrical power generation systems, providing advanced expertise across large scale gas turbine driven generator platforms, associated auxiliary electrical systems, and balance of plant power distribution.

This role supports the full product lifecycle, including electrical system architecture, equipment selection, system studies, FAT, commissioning, field troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and sustaining engineering, while

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive electrical engineering experience in power generation or related heavy industrial environments.
• Significant experience with medium/high voltage generators (35 MW–70+ MW).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for high voltage electrical systems and generator platforms.
• Develop and standardize electrical system architectures and protection schemes.
• Support FAT, commissioning, startup, and field troubleshooting; mentor teams.
