Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical services and small projects for commercial, industrial, and healthcare clients in San Jose.

You will oversee field and office teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive growth within the service division. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in electrical construction, strong leadership, and solid financial forecasting abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen and client communication skills.
• Ability to mentor others and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical services and small projects for commercial, industrial, and healthcare clients.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Supervise Project Managers and Train Project Managers in company systems.
• Negotiate change orders and maintain logs for progress tracking.
• Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contracts finances.
