Job summary

Cummings Electrical in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Electrical Account Manager/Service Manager to lead electrical project accounts and service delivery. This role demands a strong background in electrical construction, team leadership, and client-facing project management.

You will supervise up to 20 electricians, ensure safety standards, and drive customer service while coordinating with project teams on UPS, switchgear, generators, and PDUs.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years or more years of progressively responsible experience in the electrical construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering or related field is preferred or previous work as Licensed Electrician/Supervisor
• Must be capable of leading a team of up to 20 electricians
• Experience with Electrical / Power Systems such as UPS, Switchgear, Generators, PDU's; a MUST
• Managing Projects for Electrical installation of Equipment for high profile projects is a plus
• Customer Service Driven
• Computer Savvy (Microsoft Suite, MS Project, etc.)
• Solid Communicator – excellent oral and written communication skills
• Monitor the performance and progress of staff, motivate, organize and encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met
