IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical seeks a Senior Electrical Construction Scheduler for full-time work in Lithia Springs, GA.

You will lead scheduling on electrical data center projects, coordinating with project teams and trade partners to ensure accurate progress reporting. The role requires 9 years of electrical scheduling and proficiency in MS Project and P6, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 9 years' recent electrical (industrial or commercial) construction scheduling and project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and P6.
• HS Diploma/GED.
• Ability to produce detailed schedules, and resource and cost loading.
• Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines.
• Data Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling on electrical data center projects and provide scheduling reporting.
• Analyze project information and prepare documents for planning and scheduling.
• Develop detailed schedules with the project team and trade partners.
• Input, analyze, and monitor design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Oversee all project scheduling activities and provide status updates, forecasts, and reports.
• Review schedule updates and changes and produce impact reports for financial implications and delays.
