Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time Project Scheduler-Data Center in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The role leads scheduling on electrical data center projects, analyzes project information, and develops detailed schedules with the project team and trade partners.

You will monitor design, procurement, and construction schedules, provide status updates, forecasts, and reports, and review schedule changes for financial impact. Field site interaction is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of electrical construction scheduling and project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Ability to produce detailed schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Data Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling on electrical data center projects.
• Analyze project information and prepare planning documents.
• Develop detailed schedules with project team and trade partners.
• Monitor input, analysis, and construction schedules.
• Provide status updates, forecasts, and reports.
• Review schedule updates and assess impact of changes.
• Interact with project and design teams on site.
