ATI, Inc. is seeking a full-time Electrical Quality Assurance Representative in the Ft Myer, VA area. The role requires extensive construction inspection, quality control of complex building projects, and the ability to interpret construction plans for government clients.

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of experience as a construction inspector on large, multimillion dollar projects.
• Experience in inspection and quality control of vertical construction, buildings, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and advise on construction documents for government personnel.
• Familiar with RMS; knowledge of safety rules and three-phase inspection process.
• Experience with mechanical systems for complex facilities and commissioning.
• OSHA 10-Hour Safety Training is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and participate in the three-phase inspection process and document inspections.
• Prepare daily QA reports using government observation forms.
• Prepare weekly status reports for review meetings.
• Monitor and provide tracking reports for timely corrective actions on deficiencies.
• Review contractor as-builts for construction status, design status, and accuracy.
• Provide technical comments on Contractor submittals and government approvals.
• Provide safety-related reports for Secured Federal Buildings and quality control documentation.
• Review quality control plans and perform completion and warranty inspections.
• Respond to RFIs with written answers within 24 hours.
