Job summary

ATI, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Quality Assurance Representative for Fort Myer, VA.

The position focuses on site inspections, QA reporting, and technical reviews within government construction projects.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience as a construction inspector on large, complex projects.
Ability to read, understand, and advise government personnel on construction documents.
Experience with the Resident Management System (RMS).
Familiarity with construction safety, MEP codes/regulations, and three-phase inspection process.

Responsibilities

Perform and participate in the three-phase inspection process with documentation.
Prepare daily QA reports using government observation forms.
Prepare weekly status reports with detailed backup for review meetings.
Track corrective actions for construction and design deficiencies.
Review contractor as-builts for construction and design status, completeness, and accuracy.
Provide technical comments on construction plans and specifications for government decisions.
